In order to maintain and healthy lifestyle, you do not have to give up what you love! For example, my family celebrates “Pizza Night” on Fridays. There is no reason you should give up this type of tradition…just be sure you keep the pizza to one serving and include healthy fresh veggies (the veggies on the pizza don’t count!) with your meal. If you are eating delivery or frozen pizza, try switching to homemade pizza using fresh whole food ingredients.
