Meal plans, including where to purchase foods, which foods are in-season, and potential sustainable lifestyle changes are discussed at follow-up consultations and monthly check-ins!

Monthly check-ins may take less than an hour. First personalized consultation fee includes two weeks of meal plans; additional meal plans are priced separately. Weekly communication of schedule will be required as part of meal plan fee.

FREE, One-Hour Initial Consultation

Additional information on Enlightened Eating Nutrition is provided during the first consultation. We will discuss details regarding your:

  • Individual Goals
  • Food Preferences
  • Budget
  • Time Availability for Cooking and Grocery Shopping

This information will help me develop options and pricing for your individualized plan.

First Personalized Consultation

  • Address any specific nutrition questions and concerns
  • Review food log from previous week(s)
  • Discuss pitfalls and address where to make simple sustainable changes
  • Plan where to purchase groceries based on specific location including local farms, co-ops, or grocery stores
  • Provide current “in-season” foods handout
  • Discuss schedule for the following week for meal plans to be developed (two weeks of meal plans are included)
  • Weigh in and measurements will be done if weight loss is one of your goals

Two-Week Follow-up Consultation

  • Review meal plans provided for the previous week and discuss likes and dislikes
  • Determine what changes may need to be made
  • Discuss whether you would like to make additional sustainable lifestyle changes

Monthly Check-In Consultations

  • Address any specific nutrition questions and concerns
  • Review food and exercise logs and discuss likes and dislikes
  • Determine what changes may need to be made
  • Discuss improvements that can be made in sustainable lifestyle/continuing education
  • Provide updated “in-season” foods handout as the seasons turn
  • Weigh in and measurements will be done if weight loss is one of your goals

Continued Meal Plans

  • Can be purchased in the following packages: monthly, quarterly or annually
  • Full week of meal plans based on individual goals, preferences, and budget
  • Grocery list and recipes
  • Brief weekly phone or email consultation to discuss adjustments to preferences and schedule for implementation of plan for the next week.
